Terms of Business (TOB) Shall Apply

  • Booking of cargo with Pearl TCDT: Considered accepted when the merchant agrees with their TOCS/TOB.
  • Regulation of Services: All services are regulated under the CMR Convention ratified by Pakistan.
  • Russian Destinations: Only palletized volume/weight cargo is acceptable.
  • Rates: Apply on a volumetric/weight basis (M/W, whichever is higher).
  • Full TOCS/TOB: Available on their website: www.pearltcdt.com.pk
  • DDP/DDUP Bookings & Inquiries: Contact Principle Office (contact details provided in the image).

Conditions:

  • One CBM Shall be Considered Equal to 625 KG.
    Rates shall Apply Volumetric / Weight basis (M/W, Whichever is Higher).
  • For Russia Destinations Only Palletized Volume / Weight Cargo is Acceptable.
  • Each Pallet Size (120 x 80 Cm) Each Pallet Height Not More Then 2.2 up to 2.45 Meters
    For Russia Destinations Each Pallet Volume / Weight Must Not More Than 2 CBM / 1250 KGS
  • For Russia Sector Min. Acceptable & Chargeable Palletized Volume / Weight Shall be 2 CBM / 1250 Kgs.
    For Other Sectors Min. Acceptable & Chargeable Volume / Weight Shall be 1 CBM / 625 Kgs.

 

Destination services charges as Per Russian counter Tariff Charges against the Following Head of Accounts shall separately payable either in advance or at Destination.

8 Tranit Fees & Charges of Intermediate Countries
9 Road Freight to Destination.
